Acting like *******

Discovery sent a technician to remove a DQ track on the 8th of March 2016, during the removal this guy ruined my immobiliser and I called everyday to get assistance but I'm always told that somebody will call me back. They've booked 3 appointments with me saying a technician will come fix my car but the technician does not pitch or even call. Everyone I call them they make a mockery of me. It's been two weeks and I'm driving a car the beeps all the time because the signal of whether the doors are closed doesn't not work. They damaged my car and don't car to fix it. Discovery is just a bunch of ****** and I'm thinking of getting legal advise because they're not taking me seriously
