Accidental Damage on the car

On the 03 Jan 2019, I had one of those. My car was involved in an accidental damage, damaging the front of the car as I drove through a mesh-fencing in my home village (remote area in Limpopo, Makhuduthamaga Municipality). Need I mention that, we are just very far from everything, police station, network is a problem in this area so I had no choice but to insist on driving the car from the scene of the accident as it was just going to take an arm and teeth to have the police to arrive at the scene of the accident.

Fast forward, the following day, waking up from a stressful day, I called discovery insure, spoke to a lady called Moloko Mathabathe, who was very compassionate with me and could pick up from my voice instantly when I called that "I am in trouble". She arranged a towing vehicle (which I shall share my experience with everyone later) to have the car to be picked up from my mother's house to Polokwane.

Well, as for the towing service, I have to say, Discovery Insure really needs to seriously reconsider who must be given the business. The breakdown itself, it was just breaking down from my mother's house all the way and it was not a very pleasant experience for me. Moloko asked the towing guys to give me a lift from my mother's house to Polokwane in order to pick a rental car. Well., well, well, did the breakdown reached Polokwane? I had to ditch the towing guys around Lebowakgomo because their towing services cars are just beyond reproach. Ke di kororo dikoloi tsa bona (moving coffins and are very dangerous to be inside those cars). I don't think Discovery must continue doing business with that towing services until they get their house in order.

Moving right along, Moloko held my hand throughout the entire process, good service from her, good attitude and very compassionate. I really appreciate what you did for me Moloko. Keep up the good work. As for the towing services guys, I understand that is beyond your control, someone must really intervene as a matter of urgency in that regard. Like I said, I ditched them around Lebowakgomo and chose to use a Maxi-Taxi to Polokwane as it was just going to take me the entire day to reach Polokwane International Airport. On my way back from Polokwane after picking up the car, I met the guys along the way (around 16H00 still driving to Polokwane to drop off the car) and bear in mind, at this point I was diving back to the village which is about 160 kms outside of Polokwane. (Very disappointing). Moloko is aware of what has happened because even before they could come pick up the car, they were having breakdowns already on their way to my mother's house. Please look into this Discovery, there are various other Towing Services in Polokwane who have their house in order, consider giving business to them. Otherwise 100%
