Accidental damage claim

I’m so tired off the bad service from Discovery claims . I had an accidental water damage on my Mac the 4th off October and ques what today the 12th on the system says finalised 8 October yet the claims handler is still trying to get replacement quotes my word….. what a lovely mess this is ….. another consultant told me on Monday the 10th this was supposed to have been done and dusted long ago …….guess I must be happy with this service 🥹🥹🥹🥹 yet when you phone in you can hear how people is laughing and joking in the back ground while another consultant is trying he’s upmost best to help me on the line ……. Is discovery really taking claims as jokes ???????
