My husband got involved in car accident on the 31st of March he hasn't got paid until now because your claims specialist Tshepo Kekana has been sending him back and forth. What about the 48hr turn around time for your claims as we have been waiting for you to close this claim for over a month? I am so so disappointed with your service .We thought we will continue doing a business with you but wooow you know how to frustrate people shame.
