accident claim to 3rd party

My husband and i were involved in an accident on 22.10.2012. where we were at an intersection and had right of way when a lady in a Polo vivo turned in and smashed the front of our car. She is insured by Discover insure. She has admitted to being wrong and taken the blame for the accident. We were asked by her to submit our clain to her insurance company. After numerous correspondence with Themba Mkhabela from Discovery, They have decided that "BOTH PARTIES ARE TO BLAme" what a joke. they are now adiment that we are not liable for damages caused by their negligent client. This is absolute bull**** service. I am appauled with Discovery. Never will they ever get a good review from me. WE WANT OUR DAMAGES PAID IN FULL AND THIS HAS TO BE DONE ASAP.
