accident claim from Discoverey car insurance

Id like to give my great thanks and appreciation and an amazing experience iv encountered with Discovery insurance when I made the claim of car accident I had

I am still shocked and surprised of how they attended my claim and quickly it was attended ,to a point I am still amazed that within 2 days of claim everything has been done ,iv been running around the office sharing this new with my colleagues as many of them has had bad experiences with other insurers ,and they all cant believe to point that about 6 of them as we speak said they will call discovery and make quotation ,my former boss is already joined because they could beat her current one ,now even more testimony with my experience she trust discovery insurance even more with her car ....I called discovery on Tuesday morning making a claim and within a day my car was towed that was excellent ,no delays no inconveniencing ,no lot of unnecessary questions etc .and while I was still waiting to make a call next day to ask way forward ,early morning Wednesday an sms came in "Mr Dlamini an assessment for your car has been scheduled "..I mean the updates they give you it just super detailed and quick .I am happy to point I have no questions at all ,I mean I didn't have a catesory car ,so to me I was like 'oh God it going to be the longest months of my life '' but now am surprised my claim is attended within a day ,am given full response within 2 day ,and the car will be sent for repairs which will about 7 to 10 working days ,how amazing is that gosh ,thank a lot to Fazeela Tennant for making it with calls ,emails and being so clear when explaining things to me ,,,,I can refer and recommend Discovery to everyone ,infact their actions here at work to my collegues spoke for it self .id rate them more than any give scale ..
