Accident Claim for sons car

<p>My son was invoved in a car accident on November 3rd. Our claim specialist was Carel Nortjie. Even though it looked like we might not get paid out .We were honest with Carel and he was amazing at his job and took his time to get all the details and facts correct.He always kept me in the loop as to where our claim was.</p> <p>He was very quick to respond to any query we had and when the case was finalised he phoned me immediately to give me the news and then followed up with an email.</p> <p>I wish more people are as dilgent and caring when doing their job as Carel Nortje .</p>
