Accident Claim - Discovery Insure

Claim was initially logged and i was informed the claim has been approved. A day before the my car was to be returned, i was informed that the claim was only partially approved. Was not a very happy customer.. Jose Nelson , my consultant was on family responsibility, I was referred to Fikile was not happy with this employee at all. I would recommend open and transparent communication regarding claims logged and alternative solutions should claims be partially approved.
