Accident claim assistance lacking

i'm very unhappy and upset regarding the service i've received regard 2 claims logged.

I recently logged an accident claim and arranged for a dealer approved panel beater within my area. 3 weeks has passed and have not been assisted on this.

Also previously logged a claim a while back and was not assisted. I received an email from Masego Makhetha stating that i withdrew my claim. Claim was withdrawn without my consent and when I responded back informing her that i didn't withdraw any claim and insisting that they fix this, I was ignored and nothing has been done about this up until today.

Can someone from discovery urgently assist me with this?
