Access claim

I was contacted (via telephone) by discovery to join their car insurance. The Lady's' name from the sales department who contacted me is Farren. I requested her to quote me on car insurance whereby I will not pay any excess claim fees. She told me that the comprehensive cover will be the best option because i dont have to pay any excess as long as I didnt cause incident. I asked her several times if she is sure and she said \as long as I didnt cause the accident
