Abysmal Discovery Vitality Fuel Cash Back Programme.

I am yet again having to write this review in the hope of resolving an outstanding Vitality Drive refund dating back to May June,and July 2023. The customer service has been abysmal to say the least. The response each time to my complaint is" its has been escalated and we will contact you . We'll here I am writing again and to date no such contact has occurred. It is of no use to call the customer call centre as all you achieve is wasting your call minutes. I certainly feel vindicated that cancelling my policy was the right move as I spent 2 years constantly trying to ensure that that I received my fuel cash back. The change to the programme in June was a surefire way of *********** clients!. Cleary Discovery are either unable to repay me what I'm owed by meeting all the requirements as a Diamond member at the time or they just think they don't care.
