ABUSIVE BEHAVIOUR
My car was assessed by Deon on behalf of Discovery Insure when he was abusive to my wife to such an extent that she burst into tears. After lodging my complaint with Discovery Insure I received a phone call saying they are investigating and nothing further, that was two weeks ago. I have now found that an incomplete assessment was done at the time and again Discovery Insure does nothing about it.
