Abuse of power, allege untruthful without proof
The behemoth Gigantic company Discovery can make unsubstantiated statements in their findings alleging that i was untruthful when i submitted a clain. The assessor claimed that the damage was not as a result of an insured event despite me sending them proof through photographs and I am willing to have my phone interrogated by forensic investigator to proof that their was indeed a storm. In addition the assessor found that the water damage was as a result of water being in the ceiling for a protracted period, i challenged Discovery on this by providing me with facts on how long protracted means. They are economical with req info

13 Sept 2021, 12:53The arrogance of Discovery knows no bounds, despite providing them with the claim number as requested, they continue to ignore my request to answer my request for information on the following statements they made . I request they qualify the "PROTRACTED PERIOD" The inference made that no insured peril took place, alleges that i was untruthful which i take offense to. i offered to have my mobile device interrogated by forensic investigate to verify i took the pictures on day of storm.
From the above it is evident that the damages to the respective ceilings and roofs were sustained over a protracted period of time.
17. Jacko Projects and Maintenance concluded that the damages to the Complainant’s property was not due to an insured peril, as no visible signs of storm damage is visible. See below an extract of the report, confirming the same.
