ABSYMMAL AND SHOCKING "COULDNT CARE LESS" ATTITUDE!

Reported accidental damage on 12 October 2021 Claim No ***. Got a call from Willie's Panelbeaters which is located around 120 kilometres away from me. Called Discovery and asked them to change this - was referred to Mossel Bay Panelbeaters around 200kms from me. During this runaround my windscreen got smashed. Submitted another claim. Approved and sent to PG Glass - 160kms from me. Drove there yesterday for glass fitment to find that the wrong glass had been ordered. PG Glass said they would transfer the claim to Plettenberg Bay. Havent heard a word. On the way to Humansdorp a guinea fowl hit my car on the bonnet - submitted a claim online. Have phoned Discovery 4 times. Spoke to a consultant who said that Netassess would assess the damage at Willie's Panelbeaters when I take the car there on Monday. Also arranged car hire. Car hire confirmed but Willies does not have either the parts of the claim. Dealing with Discovery is a joke. Once this saga has been sorted out, I will be swiftly moving to another company and I have been with Discovery for years!
