I was pleasantly surprised when I found out that Marnus Louw was appointed as the assessor on one of our clients' claims. He is without a doubt one of the most amiable, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable building assessors that I have had the pleasure of dealing with. That, along with his professional demeanour and decorum he consistently displays, is a rare combination.
