Absolutely shocking - zero logic in this company!!

We bought a new car and then booked an appointment to have a tracking device installed in the new car - as well as so that they could come and remove the tracking device from our other car that we wanted to sell. They requested that we need to be available THE WHOLE day on the day of the appointment - as they couldn't book a specific time! My wife then put a full day's leave in on the day of the appointment - only to wait at home the entire day without anyone showing up for the appointment - even after she phoned them again in the afternoon to escalate the matter! No one pitched, no one phoned with an explanation. We then sold the car and received a phone call the very next day to say that they need to either collect their tracker from the car that we sold - or we'll receive a R1000 penalty fee! I then put them in contact with the person who bought the car - and they had the nerve to request this guy to drive about 300km to the nearest Tiger Wheel and Tyre in order for them to remove their tracker?! What an absolute joke! The cherry on top was when I escalated this whole ordeal only to receive another call to request another appointment - but only if we'll be available 8h-17h..?!
