Absolutely poor Customer Service

I actually dont want to be contacted by Discovery Insure, but I need to say that your customer service is not a reflection of what one would expect from Discovery. I have now submitted my cancellation instruction and refuse to have your tracking unit installed in my new vehicle. Waiting for feedback on a query since last week (19th) but also having to follow up only to discover the 1st agent didnt even log my query. From day one, i believe you have failed to deliver.
