ABSOLUTELY NO BUSINESS ETHICS OR SERVICE

I have never come across a company that is more useless when it comes to taking calls, keeping customers holding on for more than 30 minutes at a time and then cutting one off if they don't like the question you ask!!!!! I eventually got through to someone after 3 x 30 minute waiting times and was told "You are a platinum client. I can't help you" THE WORST WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE
