Absolutely horrific service!!!
So Fed-up and frustrated. Was in an accident on the 15th of March (8 days ago). Till now absolutely NOTHING has happened to my car in terms of getting the process started to get it fixed. It was towed to the panel beaters and since then nothing. Every time I try calling Discovery- they give me the run around and putting me through to one person then another with no answers or anything getting done. So disappointed in this company. Will never use them again or recommend them to anyone!

23 Mar 2023, 15:59Hi. I am sorry I missed your call. I did phone back. But so dissatisfied. Still a run- around. Literally only asked me details regarding the incident now… 8 days later. And say it will take 3 days for the assessor report after tomorrow. So then we are on 14 days where literally NOTHING- no work have been done to my car… absolutely disgraceful
