I queried the purple voucher not being app**** to a valid Uber trip. It’s taken about 5 emails where they ask me for one screenshot in each email. This after I ask when will this be resolved after sending the requested document! Still not resolved. Absolutely *********** and one cannot escalate with Discovery.
