Absolutely amazing service

<p>My handbag was unfortunately ****** with all it's contents. I called Discovery and spoke to a consultant called Kevin Du Plessis. He took down my details and the details of how the bag was ******. He informed me that I needed to send quotations to him in order to claim as well as a Case Number. It took me a couple of days to get the information together. I emailed him the information at 4:35 pm 23 March 2017. He rep**** almost instantly with a document I needed to sign. He then phoned me and asked me to sign it and email it back to him in order for him to authorise payment before he left work at 5pm that day. The whole claim was attended to and payment was authorised in under 20 minutes. What a pleasure dealing with someone like this!! Well done Kevin Du Plessis, your efficiency, professionalism and friendly manner in which you assisted me made my day. You truly are a valued member of staff and Discovery is lucky to have you.</p>
