absolute worst experience with useless discovery insure and Renew it Sandton - would not recommend

yet another week has gone by, and I still have not received my vehicle , I took a day of work yesterday to drop off the rental vehicle and collect my car only to be told that the repairs failed the quality check and would not ready for collection. The car was supposedly in quality control since the beginning of the week. i would actually give a zero rating if i could as im still without a vehicle !! I was advised that I could collect the car today however no proper feedback from discovery or renew it ,I left 3 messages today already and its now 14:00 with allegedlly only one person at renew it that can assist however she is constantly in meetings and cant return calls. I am really struggling to understand how this has taken almost a month to resolve and actually starting to wonder where my vehicle actually is. also tried calling discovery twice today first time the call just drops , second time consultant puts me on hold and calls ends, not even the courtesy to call me back. almost a month to get my car back for a minor claim im am scared to think what would happen if i had a serious incident I want my car back ASAP and someone from the cancellations department to call me today as I am moving to King Price who is miles above discovery Insure, lower premiums ,lower excess and excellent service!
