Absolute pathetic service
Been waiting more than 3 months to get my car repaired as Discovery Insure don't take 3rd party claims seriously. Have sent through all my documents and it's always me that has to constantly contact them to follow up as they show no interest as I'm the 3rd party. What pathetic service, I'm so glad I'm not with them as my insurer. Will be informing fellow colleagues to change and go with a more reputable insurance company who actually make contact and follow up.
