What an absolute pleasure to deal with Discovery Insure 24 hour telephone line today. I spoke to Aziz McPherson who was able to arrange a tow truck when I had a flat tyre and discovered that my spare tyre was also flat. They were very proactive, called to check that I was sorted and confirmed that as a Discovery Insure customer I am eligible for two car tyre changes and tows per year. I am thoroughly impressed with this experience, and highly recommend Discovery Insure.

As someone currently dealing with a third party claim with Quest Claims Solutions, and have not had any luck getting my claim sorted despite the incident happening nearly 5 months ago, this is such a welcome experience. Thank you for your outstanding service.
