Absent Service

I have had a issue that was logged on 4 August 2023 regarding drive rewards where I have never received any "plays" for achieving my goal. It has been over 4 months now and it has been escalated 12 times, each time the call center promises to resolve it within 72 hours and it never gets resolved. I've tried multiple times to communicate to a supervisor/manager, but this is futile because I dont think they exist. I have even logged a complaint on Hello Peter where they promise to call and dont. Is this the beginning of the end for Discovery?
