This time of the year its skeleton staff and so busy still .

On 23 December I was very stressed , the lines were busy doing collogues work.

A****aker calmed me and assisted with the claim . He emailed me , went out of his way to phone around and call me back.

I feel like I'm drowning and sinking , I don't know how he do it. Always coming through for everyone . Nothing is to much for him .

He is really a Gem, Better than team leaders. They can't even answer an Email .

Discovery, This man Deserves so much more than being a normal claims consultant . He deserves a promotion , for someone to save the day and just say thank you its not enough . We need someone like him , a person that thinks out of the box. his respectful unlike his colleagues. They put the phone down in your ear , and they sound as if they don't want to help . We live in a cruel world and work in a ungrateful Industry ,we need more people like Aboo.

2024 was tough, but I can say with a thankful Heart Discovery is the only Company that made things easier.
