About a week ago my wife was in a vehicle accident, the claim was submitted promptly the next day with all of the documentation required by Discovery Insure. Now a week later the claim is still not finalised and each person I contact at their office gives different story, from \it has already been sent to management for approval"to \""I only started working on it today\""<br> <br> This pathetic excuse for customer service has been an eye opener.<br> <br> Do not use this company"
