Ability 2 Listen & Take Appropriate Action Alone

Charlene was able to understand that I was irate by the service of the call consultant who delayed getting back to me timeously despite me leaving tons of messages with her colleagues and me emailing her. <br> <br> The consultant escalated my matter with vague facts that she assumed to be correct. The matter was rejected from her supervisors late Friday evening. Upon finally getting hold of the consultant the only other supervisor who was available was Mrs. Charlene Davids who rectified the situation even though the appropriate managers who had left the premises initially, rejected the appeal. <br> <br> This was bold on her part and I am impressed with her leadership.<br> <br> Well done Charlene great leadership!
