My son lost his phone, Armageddon in the life of a teenager! Abigail, phoned me after 5 on Friday, to let me know she managed to sort out everything and found him a suitable replacement. She arranged everything, made sure the service provider contacted me, and our phone is on the way! I am incredibly impressed with how quickly everything was resolved. THANK YOU ABIGAIL KEMP
