Abhorable service

Update on vehicle accident 28 August 2023. The vehicle was sent to a 2nd service provider in Randburg. When this provider initially quoted the vehicle was going to be a write off and Discovery asked them to revise their quote and these people did and suddenly it was no longer a write off. The car came back with the same issues unstable, unsafe I can't even drive it. I took it to BMW for a quality check it failed communicated with the insurer and it was back and forth with the service provider, whom by the way I complained about given their terrible reviews and discovery wouldn't give me an alternative repairer. In the end I decided to terminate my policy with discovery, I'm currently seeking legal advice because my car is unsafe, not in its previous state and Discovery did not honor their contract and I paid my premiums on time for the duration of my contract.

By the way throughout my 6 month ordeal with Discovery not once did I get a call from a manager. It's Impossible to speak to a manager, other than via email. Every time you call it's a different attendant and you have to tell your story from scratch.

Discovery insure is losing it very fast, they used to be good but they are going down the drain very fast! Maybe they have too many clients.
