A wrong made right

Initially had really really bad service from Collin Khumalo and after getting nowhere I managed to get a hold of a team leader by the name of Arvashan Ramanand who followed up with his customer service officer, investigated with the relevant manager and honoured my premium that was misquoted. This man deserves a bells, big ups for going the extra mile!
