A windscreen claim that went wrong

I had a windscreen claim that was sent to PG Glass @ Alberton. The claim was not handled in a professional manner with much frastration and inconvenience cause to me the client. I needed to alert my insurance Co Discovery Insure about it. I would like to share my Appreciation and Gratitude to Ayanda Radebe in the professional and Authentic manner in which she facilitated the issue (A 3 party call) Thank you Dear it was sorted out and all done.
