A valued customer

<p>It is rare to feel valued as a customer in the current times as one gets the feeling of just being a number to service providers. Discovery Insure, specifically Theo Mokhine, made me realise that there are still great companies out there that know how to give their clients a great service. Due to some financial constraints, I decided to cancel my policy, but Theo, along with other agents I spoke to, made me feel so valued and made a plan to accommodate my situatioon. As a result, I have kept my policy. I am thankful. Great job and many thanks for the awesome service.</p>
