A Total Rock Star - Annelize Meyer (Discovery Insure)

I had a motor vehicle accident claim which was lodged with Discovery Insure. I had had to follow up numerous times until I found Annelize Meyer on one such call. To say she was kind, compassionate and efficient would be to understate it, but it is how best I can describe her service. She went beyond the call of duty to assure me she was doing all she could to assist with the query, and SHE DID. Hats off to her. I left the call relieved and fully abreast of what needed to happen next. Thank you so much Annelize! Beyond that, the background team did do their jobs well in dealing with the claim, I just wish they would actually give realtime updates as to what was happening.
