A tale of two cities

<p>I called into Discovery Insure to find out about my policy changes which we not updated. Mr Dakalo was very rude and informed me that changes were not made because of me even though I had a updated quotation showing the revised pricing. He rudely transferred me to retention department and I met the most pleasent Shamanie Pillay. She was a breath of fresh air that listened, understood and ensured that my situation was rectified. She followed up promptly and ensure that the updated rate was back dated and also provided me with a further reduction. All in all a superb service. Someone who has restored my faith in the Discovery brand. One where I hold my Life cover, medical aid and now insurance. If it were not for this brilliant individual I would have certainly considered moving.
