A SUPERB SERVICE FROM MPHO PHOKANOKA

Thank you to Mpho Phokanoka for thee' most awesome service ever. Very patient, a good listener, and quite efficient at solving problems. I needed towing from my house and he excellently assisted me with getting my car towed to the nearest Renault dealership, and making follow through calls with me to make sure that all was good. Today he added the cherry on top when he made another follow through call to find out if Renault managed to assist me with everything, it actually felt as though I was talking to a brother that was concerned because I really was frustrated over the phone.
