I would like to thank the person or persons who appointed Shafick Allow. He was an absolute start in resolving my query I had to the point where I was ready to move my policy but his persistency and passion for what he does convinced me not to move the policy. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and showed empathy in his way he treated me.
