Yesterday one of live incidents struck where your trusted vehicle with a good service track records and very well maintained suddenly just lost a wheel arm and the whole wheel wedged underneath the vehicle body. A true live incident. Phoned Discovery Emergency Services ***and Me Joelene Scholtz assisted us very professionally. A shout out to her. In minutes the profile verifications was completed after which we could get down to the incident report and location and what will be communicated next. En Route Towing was appointed for the tow-away and De Jongh's Panelbeating Centre was appointed for the place of where assessment would take place. In the telephone communication Joelene made sure that myself (the driver) and any and all passengers was ok. I do appreciate her kind words of calmness.
