My car broke down on the M2 last friday afternoon. I managed to get to a BP to be safe and called Discovery Insure Roadside assist. Shelton Nyanda was assigned to my case and he was superb! His communication was ongoing, he was extremely friendly and made me feel safe all the time. The roadside assist provided by FirstHelp through Discovery Insure was fantastic aswell, quick and safe service. Very very professional
