++++A Service!!

<p>I logged a query with Discovery regarding some information i could not easily access due to system upgrade.</p> <p>A certain individual by the name of Ms Roanda Mudau, was very keen to assist but unfortunately it was not her hands to deal and put to bed, the query.</p> <p>After refering me to a responsible department, she made sure that she calls and check if I got assisted.</p> <p>Guess what, today three weeks have passed and I am still waiting.</p> <p>Her excellent service ever has unfortunately been overshadowed by poor/non delivererance by another department.</p> <p>Thumbs up to Roanda's hard work and commitment to best service!!!</p> <p> </p>
