A rose amongst the thorns - Discovery Insure

I had a complaint against Discovery Insure and RenewIt Rivonia for handling a previous claim of mine re: my rims unprofessionally. It has taken weeks for a meaningful response to the complaint where often times i would receive radio silence to my queries via email. In all of this, Tshepo Hlongoane has been the only beam of hope.
