A PROFESSIONAL STAR
This review in particular relates to a young gentleman by the name of Matome Rathipa. #WIN. After having encountered numerous people who ranged from uncaring to ***********, it was so refreshing to come across someone who is positive and does what he commits to and gives professional service. What a star! He should be promoted to Training Manager where he can teach what service is all about. I also hope that Discovery has some sort of management recognition program that ensures that people like Matome get the recognition and compensation that they deserve. Well done Matome!
