a pleasant and effective call centre experience, well done Decious Banyini
I would like to compliment Decious Banyini of the Discovery Insure Call Centre for the excellent service I received from him today. He was clear, prompt and overall provided a very pleasant, effortless experience. He is a benchmark for how call centre agents should be able to perform. Well done and thank you Decious.
