Reabetswe Mabidikana saved Discovery Insure from embarrassing customer service. Nompumelelo Siningwa did her worst to earn Discovery Insure a bad name. All credit to Reabetswe for excellent service that was professional, fair, timely and considerate of the situation. Insurance is meant to assist policyholders in a time of emergency or a problem and if the staff at Discovery do not understand that, they should not work in the industry. Rea deserves a recognition award for standing out from the rest of her colleagues.
