A little disappointed!

I have cancelled my insurance with Discovery because of high premiums due to increase so I can no longer afford it.

Today, I had scheduled a DQ Track removal at the office but I fell sick. However, consultant tells me that to reschedule another I'd be charged R150.

This for me is bizarre because Technician has not gone out yet as my appointment is at 10h00 and there was no way I would have known that I'd be sick today.
