A happy retention, a happier retained client

<p>Hi, </p> <p> </p> <p>I'd like to place on record the good service of Shaminie Pillay from the retention dept of Discovery Insured.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was unhappy with my insurance premium and was in the market to move to another and actually needed to get assistance in a deinstall. </p> <p> </p> <p>Shaminie placed a call to me of which I couldn't at that point take it and asked her to call back at a specific time, taking into consideration this was the third agent I asked to call at a more convenient time and they did not. Shaminie, true to her word, did call back at the desired time, managed to retain me as a client with a fantastic premium, was understanding and courteous and really came through and turned my stance on my insurer around.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you Shaminie for being the one consultant that actually made a difference to me!!</p>
