A happy ending to a traumatic event!

My car was recently in an accident, and you can imagine the horror of receiving a phone call from Discovery informing me of this. Thankfully everyone involved were unharmed. The Discovery operator dispatched emergency services and a tow truck to save the day. And after that, the thought of facing an insurance claim that could potentially drag on for weeks was the last thing I wanted to do. My claim was handled efficiently and I was aware of the progress each day. I want to complement Natash Ellappa-Gounden and the entire Discovery team for making this such a pain free process. I am truly impressed with everything from the response when the accident actually happened to the very end of the claim process. Insurance claims are something nobody likes. Thank you for making what is usually a very unpleasant task so easy.
