A Happy Ending: Claim ***

<p>We had the most amazing and professional customer service from Kgomotso at Discovery insure in managing our claim ********** . My daughter had damaged her I pad while on holiday in December. I was quite distressed when I called Kgomotso on Tuesday knowing that Hannah would need her I pad for school the following Tuesday. Kgomotso made all the arrangements for the I pad to be collected and replaced by Friday the same week! That is OUTSTANDING service! It has been such a pleasure being insured by Discovery Insure. This has not been our first claim and each and every time we get the same professional and efficient service. Thank you Kgomotso for your patience and your exceptional work ethic.
