I had a great experience with Kastello Govender from the Retentions department. I called for a policy review and he bettered my monthly premium - it is now even cheaper than last years premium! He was quick and efficient to deal with, and gave me his direct email address for assistance with any issues that I may have in the future. Thank you Kastello.
