A Great Comeback

<p>I was involved in a car accident and Discovery Insure started very well only to discover that a key component of the car repair had not been done and the insurance was declining to pay for it. After annoyance with the call centre and not getting any luck through my broker, I conacted Anton Ossip's office and Sureshin Naaidoo took up my case. He was extremely thorough and courteous. He explained the issue and investigated it completely. After much internal debate and constination Sureshin confirmed that the repairs would be done and I received my car within a few days. I am ceratin without the work done by Sureshin, I would still be fighting and I appreciate the fact that he went the extra mile in such a professional manner.</p>
